The apt is great. I have met 2 ladies that are nice. Danielle came and introduced herself and she was very nice and friendly. My biggest disappointment is the food. Our food on the independent side is rarely hot. They don't seem to get the water hot before bringing over the food. Today they were out of tea glasses and didn't bring sweet tea. 7/30/2025 Currently, there is no cleaning service available. This is the second consecutive week without cleaning. When a new employee is hired, they will attend orientation on Wednesday, which coincides with tmy scheduled cleaning day. Since March 18, cleaning has not been performed approximately 30% of the time. In addition, landscaping issues have not yet been addressed. 6/2/2025 On May 10 the landscapers finally came to repair the dead grass in my yard.
