Our experience here was so disastrous we moved out within two months. There were constant medication errors that may have contributed to a stroke during my loved ones time there. We had billing issues as well as issues with transportation not taking her to appointments and ultimately horrible communication. While the people who work there are all very nice. The overall incompetence was hazardous to my loved ones health.
Communication from staff really bad. Phase three has few outside activities. ESP for those of us with no car. Bus only one day a week and only goes to Walmart,
