Absolutely wonderful service! I had to arrange to pick my mum up from hospital and take her to an appointment. She is waiting for a hip replacement so can hardly walk. Greg, the driver, came onto the ward, where mum was put into the wheelchair, and then into the van.We then went to her appointment, where he waited until we had finished ,and then back to the hospital and dropped mum back at the ward. I was able to go along with mum. It was so easy and saved me and mum a lot of stress! Would definitely recommend them.

We are so impressed with Edison’s. When you book with them they turn up every time not like 13CABS hit and miss service. Yes it is a lot more expensive but it is totally worth it for peace of mind. The driver waited near by for when dad was ready to be picked up after dad’s 90th birthday dinner. The driver Greg also phoned 2 days ahead to confirm and so I had his number. He even offered to contact the aged care home so we had a smooth pickup. We are very grateful to them and will be booking them again.
THE best customer service and a wonderful experience overall. Greg is an absolute star and provides you with such a friendly, helpful, courteous, professional, caring experience. My mum absolutely loved her day out with the family. Greg was such a lovely person to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, he arrived early and was on hand to help ensure our family had a wonderful day out with our mum for her birthday. I would like to thank Edison Wheelchair Transport for their wonderful service and in particular the driver Greg and office administrator, Nancy. I needed transport for three elderly relatives to be driven from a wedding venue to their aged care facility.
