We had such a wonderful experience working with Paul and his staff. They made the whole process so easy. He was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful while helping my mom get fitted for hearing aids, especially knowing she has dementia. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. I am a brand new hearing aid user, I lost most of my hearing in one ear suddenly about a year ago and with two surgery's that were unable to restore it I decided it was time to try hearing aids. Paul has been so helpful and patient with the process, not knowing at all what to expect and still having decent hearing in one ear I have struggled to give good feedback as he has worked to set things up. For 20+ years, I used hearing aids. Their first provide to me by the veterans administration, but then when I no longer qualified. I looked for help from hearing aid centers in my area. I went through several of them and while they were OK, I felt the lack of personal attention disturbing especially with the very delicate care necessary for a hearing aid patient.
