Very organized and very helpful staff highly recommend.
I purchased a Van almost three years ago. It's still running well with normal maintenance. The last two vehicles ( 2006 Audi and a 2013 Focus) were completely unusable. The Audi has electrical issues and the transmission went out on the Ford focus before I got it home. There is no way the seller wasn't aware of these issues.
Here's my first experience: Purchase a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. This auction house said that it runs and drives; no problem, I bought it. They never mentioned that they had to jump start it, just to make their video; never mentioned needing a battery and never mentioned that they jumped it repeatedly for the course of the video. Due to that, after driving 6 hours I got stranded in Ohio replacing an alternator, had I known, I would have just brought an alternator with me and still taken the truck. Strike 1.
