I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this location. I have ordered from Edible Arrangement locations in Texas for years and have never experienced customer service this terrible. I paid $90 yesterday for a 1-hour express delivery arrangement sent to my brother’s work (which is maybe 10 minutes away from this stores location). I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order in the store on Saturday for Sunday delivery for my wife’s birthday. The posted business hours clearly stated that the location would be open Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so I had every reason to believe my order would be handled as promised. Zoe and Essence are amazing!!
I live out of state and placed an order for a friend and her sister who lossed their older brother. They received the wrong order, with a happy birthday auntie card. I have tried getting in touch with a manager and have yet to be able to get in contact. I wish I could leave a zero star review. Such an absolute joke of a mix up and for it to still not be resolved two days after happening is unacceptable. And I can’t even go there to rectify the situation in person because again I am out of state.
