I will Never use edible arrangements again. Horrible customer service, did not deliver the arrangement to the right place. Just wanted something special for a birthday gift and they completely got it wrong. I would do nothing before I went down this wrong plath! Go with your gut don't use edible arrangements!
I was gifted chocolate covered strawberries and flowers. The humidity here must have got to them because the strawberries were all wet and the flowers were moldy. When I called, they were willing to send me new flowers. That wan't necessary - I mostly wanted them to know.
This place is terrible, no scratch that. It’s the workers!! Especially the guy who wears the hat. You could have an order placed weeks in advance and a pick up time, still gonna wait 2 hours.
Literally standing here for like 15 minutes as we speak and nobody has even come up to the front. I’ve been driving for uber all day picking up for Mother’s Day and this has been at every single one of these locations. DO BETTER.
