I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this Edible Arrangements location because, while there were a few hiccups at first, the customer service truly stood out. I placed an online order for same-day delivery, which unfortunately didn’t arrive as scheduled. It was delivered the following morning instead. Will never buy again. Did not receive my full Order. And have not been able to get in contact with anyone. Zero out of 10 recommendations.
I was not going to leave a review. I don’t like to mess with people‘s way of income that could be providing for a family, but this goes way beyond one negative person on the phone. This is the entire establishment from order to completion. I placed an order at 10:20 AM to be delivered on the same day. No, I did not pay the extra to have it under one hour, I figured if I placed it that early in the morning it would at least be delivered by 7 PM at night (since it says same day delivery). This place needs to be closed and NEVER reopen. I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt after she had surgery in April. I found out when I called her in May she never received anything. I called the location the guy looks up my order and sees that it was never made or delivered. How you gonna not make it and not deliver but keep my money. I would not have known anything if I wouldn't have called my Aunt. This place is trash. .
This place needs to close down. How are you going to claim 1-hour delivery but take over 10+ hours to make it? Then another few hours to deliver? Yall charge $10+ on Delivery and $5+ on Parishable Fee. But still take 10+hrs to make a mini tray that literally has less than 15 fruit slices and less than 5 are dipped in choco?. Whats worse is your tracking system is garbage 2 days later it still says my item is "on delivery" though I got the item already.
