Valentine's Day. Took 14 hours to deliver. They woke up the recipient to deliver because it took so long. I called the store SEVERAL times from 5pm-8:30pm to figure out what the delay was - and the phone only rang, had a busy tone, or I got the automatic message (btw needs to be rerecorded because it's very choppy the lady sounds like she doesn't know what she is saying) I also tried calling corporate but couldn't get through to them either. So glad my boyfriend got his arrangement at 9:30pm without the balloons I ordered...... read more
