My wife placed an order on February 10, 2020 for a delivery on February 13, 2020. February 13th came, and nothing was delivered. She called all day February 13th and 14th, no answer. We drove to the store to ask for a refund since noone was answering the phone, the store was closed due to a water leak or something. I understand accidents happen and orders may not be fulfilled on time, but some courtesy to call and inform us that our orders can't be filled would be wonderful. I opened a case# 2475911. No one answers the phones to include your 877-DO Fruit number which is 877 363-7848. Thats a lie! I ordered on 02/11/2020 and my person hasn't received it yet! Your local store wont answer there phone either. Terrible services
Dead line and no follow up on orders. I order Monday morning for a delivery Thursday morning. Can’t reach a single living person throughout the store and company.
I made an order on the 11th of this month you guys did not deliver you won't answer your phone this is absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced I will never shop with your branch again this is absolutely ridiculous
I have called this store multiple times about an order I placed on Sunday that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. As of right now, it still has not been delivered and no one answers the phone at the store. Poor customer service, will not order from this location again. I would like a refund on my order.
I have had the WORST customer service experience with this store. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone ever. I placed my order on Sunday. They called Friday (delivery day) with a problem. Then told me I needed to figure it out even though I am the customer and I paid for the product. HORRIBLE store, HORRIBLE management, HORRIBLE customer service. I will not be using Edible Arrangements ever again specifically because of this treacherous experience.
