Came in with a major craving for chocolate-covered strawberries, and Yesenia completely made my day! She was so kind and generous, offering samples so I could choose before buying, and even sent me home with a few extra treats. Outstanding customer service. Yesenia is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you so much for helping me select the best gift for my aunt. Your patience and kindness is the reason I will use continue to order from this location.

Although there was a little confusion with my order, Yesenia and the gentleman who delivered the order saved the day! Excellent problem solving and customer service! My daughter loved the flowers and chocolate covered strawberries! Thank you so much!
Poor service and horrible delivery times. I live less than 3 miles from store no freeways. They open at 8am and my delivery was delivered at 4:30. When I called after 5 hours I got the it is what it is and it will be there type of service and attitude. I use to get my wife something every year. This will be the last. It’s already over priced the least they can do is provide customer service!
