The store is never open! Highly disappointed! Came here three times an hour before the listed close time and it was always closed with no staff! Terrible service! One time I called them before leaving and the staff member is like my manager tells me to leave sooner so I just close the store and leave early even if it is way before the close time. With no manager or any other staff!!! Why do you even have this store at the first place when you don’t want it to function!! So annoying!
Stores closes randomly, sometime at 5:30 PM, sometimes at 6:00 PM, even though the closing time Is 7 PM! This is extremely unprofessional! I would like to appeal to Edible Arrangements Sunnyvale branch Store owner to take some actions! I came 3 times to pick my order but no one was there to assist! Very very disappointing!
