Horrible customer service, I’ll never order from here again. I placed an order for the birthday box strawberries and got regular chocolate covered strawberries instead. When I called to let them know, they offered no solution. I asked to exchange the strawberries for the correct ones to which they agreed. When I got here, there was no acknowledgment of their mistake. They took the strawberries and left me standing there, no estimated wait time was given.
