delivery service sucks! i had to call like 4 times and my order still didn't get delivered on time.
Horrible customer service experience. Paid for delivery days ahead. The day of her birthday, had to call, and they said they couldn't deliver on time. I actually had to drive down to the store to pick it up just so she could get it on her birthday before my shift ended. No apology, no money back for delivery fee, nothing. I'll never order from Edible Arrangements ever again in my life.
My fruit was so sweet and perfect. A friend of mine bought me an arrangement for my bday and it was the most simplest but beautiful gift. Thank you all
