Made a pick up order for my anniversary, came at the pick up time and they said they didn't have any fruit? Why accept almost $200 for an order you know you can't fulfill

Made an online order on 23rd for 24th delivery, it was not delivered until the 25th and items were missing from the order. This was supposed to be a surprise and that did not happen. They immediately put you on hold when you call and take forever to answer. Left several messages for a call back due to unsatisfactory service. I did not receive any call back. I Will NEVER use Edible Arrangements again and will spread the work of the horrible experience. Would leave no stars if I could 1 star is a “gift”

I placed an order online at another location for delivery, but come to find out that location was having maintenance issues so my order was transferred. I kept checking the link and my order never updated and I wanted it to be delivered in a timely matter, but it did not look like it was so I came to the location and spoke with Leslie and she was so sweet, gave me my order, and gave me my delivery fee back. Zero communication about change on delivery date. Called shop multiple times no answer. Called customer service and was told store had a power outage. Life happens communication is key. I paid $60.00 for a Thank you box with basic chocolate covered strawberries. There was no intent in making them look like the picture on the website. Never again.

I will never place an order with them again. My order wasn’t delivered because the store was undergoing maintenance so I said “cool, I’ll call when y’all are open again tomorrow to have delivery at up for another day”, which the person at the San Pedro location offered me. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE AT ANY LOCATION I CALLED. And I called each location at least 5 times. And it shows online every single store is currently open. Terrible business and I expect to get my $72 back.
