This location needs customer service classes.!!! i have used edible arrangements all over the country and never had as unpleasant experience until now!! As a result of my ordering experience i will NEVER use edible arrangements again...thankfully competition Is now available. Their customer service is horrible!!! The lady I spoke with had no personality and sounded like she hated her job. I am stationed in San Diego, CA and wanted to get my mother a birthday arrangement of fruits and thought this place was amazing. I called and from the moment I spoke with her she sounded like I was waisting her time and she didn't want to even take the order. Customer service is important in every business!! Please remember that!!!!
