W orst experience ever! On Tuesday i placed some orders for pick up to be ready on Thursday @ 9am. I arrived but the store was not even open, i waited for 30 mins with 2 other customers and called the number, which directed me to a call center, and spoke with Adrian. He tried contacting the store and apologized because he couldn't reach anyone, he suggested i come back later and speak with the mgr for a credit. I received a delivery this week as a gift and it was very fresh, and delicious! The delivery driver was very friendly and I will be placing an order for a gift very soon!
DONT – IT is DANGEROUS and a major hazard to use this place. We wasn't here for the delivery and the left the fruit with a neighbor up the street that we don't even know. This is their standard practice to just drop fruit off with the first person they see if the intded deliveree is not home!!!!! Wonder how long it will be before someone gets poisined. Rockwall store is the worst (972) 771-6454.
