Extremely disappointed with the level of service this place offers! Do NOT order from them. They deliver whatever they want and don't even confirm or give you the courtesy of letting you know that what you requested is not available. On the left is what was online and requested, on the right is what they delivered! Where are the circular chocolate discs that say "Get Well Soon"? Why was I not notified? The WORST customer service and the worst packaging of items. I ordered something to be delivered on a specific day & they delivered it 2 weeks early packaged poorly. The manager ensured me THREE TIMES that what I ordered would be redelivered & sent on the correct date, which was yesterday & nothing was delivered. When I called they said there was nothing they can do about THEIR mistakes. So ridiculous.
Ruined my Valentine’s Day surprise for my wife. With nasty strawberries. Will never buy from edible arrangements again.
Terrible Service & Poor Quality – Never Again!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband ordered an arrangement for me, expecting a smooth and special experience, but Edible Arrangements turned it into a complete nightmare. After placing the order, they suddenly told him it wouldn’t be delivered until the next day. He tried canceling it, but NO ONE answered the phone. I had ordered an arrangement for Valentine’s Day to come with roses, strawberries, cheesecakes, and brownies or fudge and for $175 I got a mixed arrangement of dead flowers, not even roses, strawberries and cheesecake that were tossed all over inside the box on the plus side the card was right. But for $175 I’m a little bit disappointed, Actually, a lot of it. I’ve heard nothing but good things about edible arrangements and the store in Mcallen is not representing them well. be careful when ordering!
