Just purchase my grad and dad gift
I went in, and the person at the counter was just playing on the phone and was only speaking to me in Spanish. I went in to claim an item and she told me that they only give them in the morning and that it would take 15 minutes to get my order done.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the smaller version of this pineapple bouquet for my coworkers birthday and it looked NOTHING like the picture. For an expensive fruit bouquet, I would expect nice presentation. On top of that the delivery takes forever. the pictures on the website are NOT what it will look like. False advertising at its finest and I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with my purchase. I tried calling the store multiple times to see what could be done about this and they never answered my call. 👎�... read more
I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. What is the purpose of having store hours if you are closed!! Traveled from Edinburg only to find the door closed and it clearly states online and on the door that store hours for this day are from 9-7pm. What a disgrace of a location.
Worst place ever ! They were very unprofessional! First and last time I will order anything from this establishment. Very rude and ruined a very special occasion. No English speaking workers and claim to never have any managers in. Very disappointed! They forgot my message and balloons. Please do not order from here ! They will ruin your special day and waste your money !!!!
