Don't waste your time using their services - find something else to send - Absolutely terrible service, will never use or recommend EVER, ordered arrangement for someone and they didn't deliver. They apparently tried two times, both same time of day and didn't call prior (unless ten minutes before counts). I specially called the store the next day and asked they call prior to be sure she is home and try another day. They are refusing to re-deliver saying it has to be picked up. They are also refusing to refund. Seriously... read more
