They were delivered 2 days late, missing the box of chocolates, and was completely rotten. Not to mention the extra surprise of hair(was coming out of chocolate).oh and molded fruit. Would not recommend this place
My daughters purchased a product for my birthday on March14, 2022 today it is March 17, 2022 and the flowers are mostly dead. The four strawberries were delicious but the pineapple was hard as a rock the color is white and I cannot bite through it. I will never purchase anything from Edible Arrangements. I was supposed to receive an arrangement from here and it told the sender delivered and it wasn’t I have cameras and was home all day. He called to have it checked out and they said they’d send another-they said this one was also delivered and it was not again I was home all day and have cameras. No one at the store answers or calls back and I still haven’t gotten my edibles from last week. This is horrible.
This edible arrangements location was supposed to deliver my daughter‘s birthday fruit arrangement yesterday. She didn’t receive it, haven’t communicated with me, and I can’t reach them by phone. No voicemail and no one answers on a Saturday at 1pm… I trusted them to take care of her, so she didn’t feel forgotten on her birthday and they failed. You can’t make up for that, even if you delivered it today. Her birthday was yesterday.
