These guys are awesome. They helped me with everything and they are super helpful. I told them that I desperately needed my delivery same day before end of business day and Steve the manager worked with the Driver Ali to make that happen. I will 100% be ordering again, you guys have gained a customer for the excellent customer service provided.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. This place is horrible! First they delivered to the wrong address. Then it took a week to get a hold of anyone at the store for them to actually send my order to the correct address. I am still waiting for my partial refund for the inconvenience. But apparently only the manager can give the refund and no staff member ever knows when he will show up at the store. It has been 15 days! I have opened cases with the company, I have called this store everyday. Now the staff is being rude... read more

This place absolutely sucks. I placed my order two weeks ago and tried to reach the store and customer service regarding the card that was to be enclosed. Long story short but my order which was placed for my mother for Mother’s Day was ordered to be delivered today Friday, May 6, ahead of time, to avoid backlog. Needless to say I received an email confirmation that the order was delivered, and it was not. I could not get anyone on the phone at this location. The customer service here is terrible.

Steve was so helpful and kind. I wasn’t sure what to get, and he not only helped me narrow it down, he made sure I understood that there would be no problem with nut allergies, because they make sure to keep everything separate. I would absolutely go back to this store because of his help.
