I had ordered 3 fruit baskets from this location to be delivered for my kids at the same address. They only delivered 2 fruit baskets i called several times, and they either put me on hold for 10 mins or hung up the phone on me. I can't get an answer as to when i will receive this order. I also adked to speak to a manager, and they would not do it. The level of incometence at this store is amazing. Edible arrangements is very expensive, and you would think after paying the prices they charge, they could at least get it right... read more

This store delivers nothing but an embarrassment. Sent over a gift, and the flowers looked nothing like the flowers that I ordered, no assortment, terrible quality, flowers look dead. Worst of all, Irena the “Manager” made it seem as though she did me a favor by sending the flowers in the Arcadian Vase when I selected such and PAID for such. Disgusting customer service and disgusting service. This place needs to shut down.
