Issues with delivery, rude employees, sent redelivery in the hot weather in an Uber with all windows open. Cake was melting, wilted strawberries on top, and wilted old fruit arrangement with something strange on strawberries. $90 order all inedible. Upset and embarrassed as this was a birthday present.
Horrible Customer Service... Well known (famous players) are coming into town & we will definitely not recommend..
Absolutely unprofessional and rude! Horrible customer service and time management. Lack of communication and NO customer concern. My $100 order had to be cancelled because it WOULD not be delivered on time! Order was placed at 9:00 am. No type of reprieve to make things right. The store needs to be closed with mandatory training on customer care. Horrible. And this store has lost a customer.
