I received a get well gift. My strawberries were old had mold on them. They offered to remake it but I don't trust them. They knew that fruit wasn't fresh when they made it. The rest was covered in chocolate so there's no telling what that really looked like either. Disgusting!
If you want a Genuine Experience and Good Customer Service DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Wish i would have got the Lady’s name at the front but she refused to Give us A promotion edible Arrangements said was at EVERY location. Seek Help and another job is Even dipping fruits in chocolate has you this bad at your job.
First and last time visiting this location. I received an email that my pickup order was ready and when I arrived at the location a still had to wait 25 minutes due to the order in fact not being ready. Also, the arrangement wasn’t as fresh as I expected it to be.
Amazing service and quality! Called this location from Houston to order an arrangement as a congratulations gift and they exceeded my expectations! They were very knowledgable and patient with me while placing my order via phone. My sister received her arrangement and loved it! Will definitely be ordering form this location again!
They are really good people at this place and they do there job so good and great love them so much 100%
