Rosa was not nice. I was already dealing with a difficult situation of a friend grieving & then DoorDash delivered the wrong order. I was simply calling to let her know Debra was also not going to receive the right order due to this mix up & her response was "call DoorDash ..." Do better, Rosa.
The manager was amazing. I had been trying to order online, for a couple days, and the website had issues. She took great care and did a great job. She even knew my son by name when he arrived to pick up. I love it!! My son was impressed with the packaging also. The store a great experience, the website is terrible!
My favorite
Rachel was very patient while we made our decisions and gave some helpful suggestions on how to order last minute gifts for next time.
