I used them for first time today, I actually live in Conyers, Ga but my family member lives in Powder Springs. You could not ask for nicer people, they went out of their way to be helpful. They just opened in this store a month ago & not affiliated with previous owners. I will definitely use them again & my family member was very happy with her gift, she said it was so beautifully done & so delicious. Just saying, give them a try you won’t be sorry😁

This is not a business this is a train wreck. Unless you like wasting your time and being treated poorly I would suggest you take your money else ware. Ordered and paid for an arrangement for Mothers Day and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Went to pick it up and was then told they didn't have time to make it and that they should have never taken the order. This concerns the Edible Arrangements store on the East West Connector in the parking lot of Target. Store # 1149. My daughter ordered us an arrangement to be delivered on Dec. 24. We waited all day, it did not come. It was closed Christmas, so we waited Monday morning. No call and no delivery so we went to lunch. I only wish I had read the reviews before wasting $80 with this worthless location... I ordered an arrangement with a balloon (in store, in person) for my wife two weeks ago. The order was delivered without the balloon so I called the store to ask about the delivery. The franchise owner answered the phone, she was rude and argumentative, continuously interrupting and talking over me. As stated by others, if I could give this place 0 stars then I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I have been trying to call all morning to check on an order from my bf, that they attempted to deliver at 745 pm yesterday evening. Who delivers a gift at 745 pm?? Then they ruined the surprise by calling my number instead of my bf's, and told me that I would be the first on the list for delivery this morning. Worst experience I have EVER had making a order for delivery. On December 23rd (Tuesday) I made an order to be delivered to my girlfriend's grandmother's house on December 24th (Wed). I ordered Chocolate dipped strawberries-Mix toppings box. I wanted a custom message to be included.. the message was 124 words which was too much to type into their online system. They deliver my mom gift after she got off & left it at her job to pick up herself. When it was suppose to be a surprise. Then management takes my name & number & never & claim to call me back after she looks into it. While I'm still waiting after two days
