I payed extra for something to be delivered on Valentine's Day, only to get no package or notice about it. It was only when I called and asked where it was that I was told they don't deliver on Valentine's Day. They gladly take orders and money for V-Day deliveries though!! I went in to pick up my order and they didn't even have it ready. Terrible place, order from another store

I would like to say the women Melissa that works at the Edible Arrangements in Lowell, Ma should NOT have a job! She was extremely rude. I would also like to suggest if you CAN NOT have a product delivered at a specific time WHY would you folks give that option on your website? very disappointing expected better customer service and accuracy, THIS CUSTOMER WILL NEVER USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS IN LOWELL, MA EVER AGAIN
