Where to begin? Do not waste the time and energy ordering from this location until the franchisee takes these reviews into consideration and makes the appropriate changes to serve the Memphis community. When I placed my order last night, this was the only location that shows for delivery. I ordered a flower bouquet and balloons. It really should be zero stars. Placed an oreder to be delivered down the street on the same street as Edible Arrangement and the delivery never made. An order was placed out of town to be delivered to the same place and it was delivered. Make it make sense. No one knew where my order was and the attendant was very rude about it. I will never order from here again and will make sure family and friensd never order either!!!!
I have sent in a couple of emails regarding my son's order he was sending to me for Mother's Day, he is in the Navy overseas and chose this store for the purchase, needless to say I didn't receive it and I have been trying to get his refund back let alone some type of feedback, he can't do the leg work himself because he is overseas so I have been trying and nothing. This is ridiculous they treat their customers this way.
I was a bit disappointed 😞 They were supposed to open at 9 am and they were not open. I had to sit in my car. And waited for almost an hour for my arrangements after I ordered online the previous night. It was frustrating!! The staff was nice, I have to add.
This was my first time ordering from this company! I purchased this arrangement as a gift! The recipient advised that all of the fruit was inedible! I paid for the customized card that wasn’t received. Cashed this store to explain advising that I would like a refund asking for the manager and was advised Monroe wasn’t available.
