The picture to the left is what I ordered, the picture to the right is what I received. I sent my husband to pick this order up because I was at work. I ended up not even giving it to my Grandmother and had to pivot. The only reason I gave it 2 starts is because the lady at the counter I worked with was nice when I placed the order. Never again and I will be going to corporate. This was a hot mess and unacceptable.
Mothers day gift. never came. called a dozen times, nobody answered, never got my money back.
Ordered for my wife for Mother’s Day two days in advance. No call or notice of order being cancelled. They have no problem charging your card though! $170 gone. Put in request for refund and no response or refund. This store is a pathetic disgrace. Should be shut down. Worst customer care I’ve ever experienced. Corporate should make this right with everyone. It’s obvious they do not care! Boycott edible arrangements!! They should be sued for theft.
If there was a place to give no stars then I would I paid to have same day delivery never received my order called for 2 days no answer called customer service they weren’t even able to reach them this store should be closed down
