WOOOOWWWW.....really wished I would have looked at the reviews like I normally do!!! But nooo, I ordered curbside pickup at 830 this morning. Long story short, I left at 9:10 maybe, after passing words with a very unprofessional black woman (and it be our own smh). She said 830 could not have been my pickup time since they open at 8 and they DONT do curbside either! LIKE WHAT??? Paid $140 for this and they left it on the door step in 95+ degree summer heat didn’t ring a doorbell or knocked just pulled up put it down and walked off all on camera terrible customer service and unprofessional if your online and it says union ave don’t order!!!! Ruined the entire surprise hopefully I can get a remake or refund atleast
The picture to the left is what I ordered, the picture to the right is what I received. I sent my husband to pick this order up because I was at work. I ended up not even giving it to my Grandmother and had to pivot. The only reason I gave it 2 starts is because the lady at the counter I worked with was nice when I placed the order. Never again and I will be going to corporate. This was a hot mess and unacceptable.
Mothers day gift. never came. called a dozen times, nobody answered, never got my money back.
