HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGER WAS LAUGHING ON THE PHONE & HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY DESERVE TO SHUT DOWN
I tried to wait to see if anyone would respond about the issue with my order. I ordered a platter for my brothers birthday. He has lung cancer, and I really wanted it to be nice. It came and looked nothing like the picture! I don't even do strawberries, but I know I could have made it better than that. I'm in Texas and wanted him to have something nice. This is really sad that people spend money., and you can't get what you pay for!
Order more than 2 days late. They won't answer the phone or return vm. Customer service message was never returned. Awaiting my refund and will never use them again. Never had this issue when they had the southaven location. For those looking- better service with Sharries Berries or Cheryls cookies.
I placed an order on 02/10 and paid extra for delivery for Valentine’s Day 02/14 and the order was never fulfilled. I have called the store numerous times along with several customer service requests forms and have not heard anything back as of 02/16. This was a gift to be delivered to my husband who is a teacher at his school.
