My mom called to place an order for one of her friends in the hospital. The worker named Ashley cursed her out they were rude when you call the phone they’re having background conversations. They sent her order to the wrong address and told her due to their mistake she was not going to get refunded. Skip over this franchise and go to the others. Bad service and very rude staff poorly managed.0/10 do not shop here.
After a botched delivery no fault of the store, the manager Terri not only rectified the situation but did so with the most excellent customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Whatever her salary is i assure you it's not enough. Thank you Terri, you have my loyalty as a customer. I'll be placing future orders from NY anytime there is a special occasion for my family down in Memphis
I called this location to order an arrangement for my sister who just lost her dog. The website was giving me problems and not letting me complete my order. I am so happy that when I called I spoke to Tee who was very empathetic and patient with me. She helped me get the order placed going above and beyond to help me send some love to my sister! I just want to thank one employee in particular (Terranecia) because my first experience with edible arrangements was horrible, but she went above and beyond to make sure my arrangement got delivered to the recipient because the first arrangement never made it to them so she had it remade and was very apologetic for the mishap. I appreciate what she did!
Where to begin? Do not waste the time and energy ordering from this location until the franchisee takes these reviews into consideration and makes the appropriate changes to serve the Memphis community. When I placed my order last night, this was the only location that showed for delivery. I ordered a flower bouquet and balloons.
