I was highly disturbed by this location. I eat edible arrangements all the time and I travel a lot so I’ve been to many locations and this is the only location where you literally pay $1.19 per banana slice. I always order the chocolate dipped banana cone and it has always been full of banana but this location only gives you 5 pieces ($5.99) total. I am reluctant to give one star after my horrible experience with the Laurel location. After waiting all day for the arrangement to arrive, when it finally arrived it was melting, missing other items purchased, and missing fruit in the bouquet. I immediately called the store and spoke to a women stating she was the manager. When I explained the situation and the terrible quality of fruit, she argued with me about how it did not leave the store that way. I called to place an order for pick up, the female that answered was not friendly. She told me I couldn't come to pick up and when I asked again to make sure I heard her correctly, her response was "nope" with a smack. Plain Ghetto!

The quality of the cantaloupe and honeydew was mushy like over ripe melons and the owner refused to speak to me about the arrangement or to discuss other edible options. More important, the owner unitarily decided to contact the purchaser despite the fact I specifically told the salesperson I did not want to bother the purchaser with this matter because she was grieving the loss of a close family member.
