Ugliest flowers I've received! Emailed customer service with photos and haven't heard back! Very upsetting considering how expensive flowers are there! These flowers seem old like they are ready to be thrown away! Not even Kingsoopers mark down flowers look this bad! Not to mention the fruit was also bad pineapple taste horrible and looked almost orange like it's rotten!

Lovely arrangement but delivered to a porch with no notification so it sat outside in the heat for 4 hours or so which ruined the product. Surely you can improve the process to avoid this?
Online says open until 6. Walk up to the door and they were locking it at 5:49 and said they closed at 5.
