Lovely arrangement but delivered to a porch with no notification so it sat outside in the heat for 4 hours or so which ruined the product. Surely you can improve the process to avoid this?

Online says open until 6. Walk up to the door and they were locking it at 5:49 and said they closed at 5.

I placed my order at 1150 am. I paid extra for the one hour delivery. I got zero communication from the store after 3 hours. I finally called them for help- they did not care at all. They said it was a third party’s fault and it was not their problem. I called back again to try and track my order- they said they had to redeliver the order because they lost it. Zero help. Zero responsibility. I will never use this specific store again. Horrible customer service. Never got the arrangement I paid for.

THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION. I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting so much money and time. I was charged twice for an order that was never delivered. When I called the store, the manager was rude and lacked any customer service skills. Luckily, my bank disputed the erroneous charges. Again, beware of this location.
