Kyle was great. He took my order and was extra nice. This is how customer service is suppose to be.
Kyle is amazing. I was having an emergency: I was in horror when I realized the card message I submitted for an order during their closing hours had the incorrect recipient name (I mistyped). The main reason why I had made the order was to show appreciation and effort towards the recipient, and considering I had mistyped the recipient name, I was in horror if they were going to receive a gift addressed to someone else. I got this for my daughters birthday & it was absolutely perfect! Sharon is the owner & personally made sure I was pleased with it! FANTASTIC customer service & beautiful arrangements 🍓
Lady with the white hair was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. Called way ahead and asked if they’d have stuff available and was told they would, drove 35 min for that not to be true and on top of that was out of her way rude and tried to make me feel stupid. Would not recommend
We love these cakes! Our clients are always happy with the service and product. These cakes always photograph beautifully.
