I ordered a get well arrangement for my dear friend who just arrived home from the hospital and it was delivered the next day on schedule. And this was on a Saturday! Thank you so much Edible Arrangements in Edmond for making my friend's day a little more enjoyable! I highly recommend using this location.
Ruined my Valentine's Day Surprise! I ordered an arrangement 12 days in advance for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Had not heard from my wife by 3 pm, so I called EA to check on status of order. Was told arrangement was out for delivery and would be there before her company closure at 5:30pm. Not delivered. When I called for a refund the next day, was offered no excuses or apology but that it would be delivered the day after Valentine's Day. Still waiting for a refund. No one knew anything about my order . The one that did answer said "it's probably on the truck" I asked you can't check ?? He replied , "I'll give them the message" Unbelievable!!!
Do not order from Edible Arrangements, especially in Edmond. Made a specific order for Valentine's Day which was never delivered. Called at 7:30pm worried about the delivery and was assured that they were delivering until 9pm so it would be delivered. As such, another order at another florist wasn't place and the Edible Arrangements order never showed. Contacted corporate who said to allow the store 24 to 48 hours to respond.
