Can someone tell me why the hell this store even bothers posting business hours if they aren’t going to be open during that time?! Placed an order online for pickup. 5pm (their closing time) was an option, but I selected 4:30 to make sure it would be ready when I got there slightly before 5. I wanted to be respectful of the employees and make sure my visit was quick so that they could close up and go home at 5. I get there at 4:55pm, the doors are locked and the lights are off. Paid $10 for same-day delivery and it was an entire day late. I also paid five extra dollars to add some things to my arrangement and they never showed up. Tried to call the store and get things straightened out but they never answer the phone. Was on call for half an hour, called the corporate office and they can’t reach them either. Will never use again.

Very unique gifts. Really like the fresh fruit smoothies, chocolate dipped Carmel apples & bananas! Arrangements are always fresh and the fruit is sweet. Wonderful gift for a friend or family member!
I am completely disappointed in this company. I ordered something for my father's birthday. My order was placed around noon and the store does not close until 6pm. I received a phone call from the store saying that because her delivery driver left the store they would not be able to deliver my father's gift that I already paid for. I just had the worst experience ever. I order from this location often and I placed an order online. The time options it gave online were 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00. I placed the order to be picked up for 6. Only to be called and told that my order couldn't be filled by 6. I told the employee that I could get the order later on tonight but wouldn't be able to pick it up on another day that's why I chose today to pick it up.
