I just wanted to give my compliments to Jasmine. We sent an arrangement that was to be delivered this past Saturday, 9/20/25, however, the person was not at home. On Sunday morning I received a phone call from Jasmine informing me that the order would be delivered by 1 pm Sunday. Classic bait & switch. Flowers shown online are completely different than what is received. I filed a complaint and also called customer service(45 minute wait) The agent & “manager” blamed the photos on corporate. And would not give me a refund because the flowers were correct for “what i ordered.” She gaslit me the whole conversation and showed no empathy. This place never disappoints. They have fruit baskets, chocolate covered fruit, I mean anything you can think of. They deliver as well. A perfect gift!!!
Man at front desk unhelpful & not knowledgeable. Couldn’t make a purchase in person, I had to buy online using my phone while standing inside the store!!! No ready made grab & go items were available.
