I placed an order from New York for my friend’s birthday, and I called the day that I placed the order. I’ve done this before at locations in New York and they’ve been so helpful and so amazing. I am highly disappointed with this edible arrangement location. Let me just say that first of all the lady was Very rude. Kept lying and saying order wasn't ready for pick up for delivery, over 2 hours of waiting AFTER arriving for pickup for 12 berries and one balloon, unreal.
After reading the reviews when I should have before making my purchase. I wanted to make sure that it wasnt just me and maybe I just had bad luck but this location has terrible customer service. They answer the phone dont say anything just put u on hold with well over 2 business hours left. Never responded to emails or even got a return phone after calling the corporate number and put in the waiting que for a call back. Never making a purchase from any edible arrangement again. Would love to know who the owner of this store is. The people that work there make promises that are never fullfilled. Placed an order online on 2/4 for my Mom & sis. It is one year on February 5th since my Dad passed away. I wanted to send my family some love & try to put a smile on their faces. I ordered Bobbi the bear, 12 chocolate dipped strawberries, bouquet of flowers in a glass vase & feel the love dessert box. On 2/5 they did not send Bobbi the bear with the order.
