My sister ordered from this location. I got one miss call, no voice mail (in the era of scammers). Called the number back no answer. Got a miss call the next day with a voicemail, called back and the lady said the driver tried to give the arrangement to my neighbor. My neighbor who I don’t speak with and if she collects a rat trap for me, I would throw it away. Not sure how they think that is even sensible, to assume you can give someone food to stranger! Placed an order DAYS AGO for today. Called this morning she said before 5pm today it’s now 5:45pm. No Arrival time, no communication, can’t track driver!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Horrible experience! I made an order on 8/17/2026 to be delivered next day 8/18/2026 to my friend’s birthday. She NEVER received her order! When I checked the tracker it said it was delivered so I called the store to ask what had happened. This location is the best...! Good quality products, excellent customer service combined with prompt and professional delivery. What more can I say except for thank you, Rosie!
If I could rate zero I would. They delivered my order missing items I paid for. I left messages and they never returned my call. I finally got a hold of someone and she KNEW it was shipped short. She said it would be delivered the next day and it never was. Horrible business practice. I will tell anyone that will listen to never do business with them.
