Received email notification at 2:16 PM that arrangement delivered. Called sister at 7:55 PM. She had not received. It was a Saturday. She was home all day. Called and left message at store. Sister called me back after neighbor brought her mis-delivered arrangement. She loved it. However, very disappointed that no photo of delivery included in email confirmation and that no one at the store ever returned my call.
The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations! Everything was fresh, beautifully put together, and clearly made with care. But what really stood out was the customer service—it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I truly appreciate the experience. This location has definitely earned a customer for life! They will be the only Edible Arrangements location getting my business from now on. Highly recommend!
Really appreciative
