I made a purchase earlier today, expecting same-day delivery around 2:20 pm. However, I haven’t received any status updates. I’ve emailed and called, leaving a voicemail requesting a full refund. I completely understand that they’re busy, especially with Valentine’s Day today, but I believe there should be more transparency about same-day delivery. Horrible customer service and poor presentation. The lady was extremely rude, argumentative, appeared dirty, lazy and just nasty. As bad as I needed my arrangement, I took my busy elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust drinking water from this location.
Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I received my order spoiled and after speaking with the owner, I still was not properly compensated for the inconvenience. Not only was my Mother’s Day gift ruined, but I also had to drive back to the store to explain the situation in person. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and customer service. A discount, gift card, or some type of gesture for a future order would have been appreciated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

I received excellent service from Linda and her staff today on a last minute order. The order was well designed as shown online. The fruit and chocolate delicious. Thank you for everything today.
