Not only did they not deliver the wrong item, but they also sent moldy fruit! They didn't answer any voicemails or online inquiries. I eventually called corporate, who confirmed that they never even opened my complaint. They gave me a full refund. If you call corporate, hit 2, then, 4, then 6, and stay on the line to talk to a representative. Don't hit 1, they just forward your call to this store, which has already shown itself to be untrustworthy.
Bad customer service
They delivered an arrangement that smelled rancid and the strawberries had fuzzy white mold. I tried contacting them several times. They don’t pick up their phone over the course of an entire week — and didn’t return any of my voicemails. The King Street location is scammy.
The worst??!!! If I could give a lower rating I would. Ordered a $47.69 and scheduled it for pick-up on Saturday/August 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM and the Clown that owns this location "TEXT'd" me 1 hour before my scheduled pick-up time to say my Order would not be ready at 11:00 AM??? Really???!! It's for a Church Brunch!!
