Placed a delivery order for a birthday gift. 24 hours later it hasn’t been delivered. We called a few times and left voicemails, we filled out their contact form on their website and got no response.
I came here to try to request a reward that I had to do in person and the woman at the counter tried to offer me less fruit than the coupon was for. Then when I showed her my coupon she said she wasn’t able to fill the order today.
Order was not delivered. And I tried to cancel the order less than an hour after placing it. My calls and messages were ignored. Definitely going to dispute with my bank. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!
Terrible service, they never delivered my order that I wanted delivered back on 02/14/25 and I placed the order back on 01/30/25 absolutely horrible service and they don’t answer the phone either. Do not order from here.
