I was skeptical after seeing the reviews but the quality of products were great and the delivery was top notch! Ordered the small bouquet, chocolate covered strawberries with a balloon. They even contacted me when the items arrived :) Thank you!
PSA to the staff who are concerned.....Please get out of the hospitality industry if that is not what you want to do with your career. The service recieved at this location was underwhelming.
I am extremely disappointed in the service received by the king st staff. We received confirmation that the order wood be available at 930a. At 930 we didnt get an answer when calling the location nor were the doors open. When I was able to reach them at 1015. I was told to come at 1030 because its not ready and then she hung up. I called back and she hung up again. Im very unsatisfied and they will no longer receive my business.
