It is my managers birthday soon and she asked for something “healthy” so I decided to get her an arrangement- it’s so pretty! I got this superrr last minute I ordered at 11am March 1st for pickup at 1pm. When I arrived it looked like there was only one lady there she came out to greet me and told me 5 more minutes and it’ll be ready by 1:12 I got my order :) when I got to work me and my manager shared a pc of the cheesecake which was so good 10/10 thank you 🫶
I'm not the one to usually leave reviews on anything but if you're looking to shop here, especially for delivery, DON'T DO IT. Never experienced a business so unreliable, disorganized, and so uncommunicative. I scheduled a delivery for a certain date then I got an email saying "delivered", when it was no where to be found. I called this place probably 100 times and sent several emails with no response. TWO DAYS have went by with no response. I put in an order for a huge arrangement to be delivered on V-day. Nothing was delivered. No emails. No phone calls. Just ghosting for four days. I called them multiple times for four days and emailed customer service three times with no response. I finally did some digging and called a corporate number and got a refund four days after V-day. Do not use this store.
Do not order from this store. They have horrible customer service. They blame everything on corporate when they don't make the delivery that they've been paid to make on the day they've been paid to make it on. It was a Valentine's Day order (I placed the order on February 4th) which didn't get delivered until the next day (February 15th). When I called they told me it wasn't their fault.
