A very rude rude associate in here. I went there to order for my daughter and also pick up another order but the way she came from inside mad and with attitude and not said hello or thank you is just ridiculous. I told her the order and she just went back in and handed it over and went back inside. So I was like, you don’t deserve my money and I would rather order some where else. DO NOT GO THERE! Do not recommend ordering from them at all. They send dead, TRASH flower arrangements to people. The pictures they show online are false advertisement. Costumer service is horrendous, what a joke. I have left multiple messages and no one gets back to you. I will never use edible arrangement again. TRASH
Missing blueberries and bananas. I asked them what happened and they said bananas were too green and they had no blueberries in stock. They replaced the blueberries with three tiny slices of oranges. The cheesecakes on the corners looked like they were smoothed or carved/bit
This place STOLE FROM ME!! I called and asked an employee to please deliver to the recipient before 5 pm as they would not be home to receive it. Of course they sucked at communicating it would be late therefore my girlfriend did not get her arrangement. I have called this location numerous times and no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE EVER
Not only did they not deliver the wrong item, but they also sent moldy fruit! They didn't answer any voicemails or online inquiries. I eventually called corporate, who confirmed that they never even opened my complaint. They gave me a full refund. If you call corporate, hit 2, then, 4, then 6, and stay on the line to talk to a representative. Don't hit 1, they just forward your call to this store, which has already shown itself to be untrustworthy.
