Love it quick service Staff was friendly and Jasmine was very helpful.It was worth the trip since the shop in my area was closed early and I needed tonight. Thank you to the person in the back who made it it was very lovely
i made an order on 12/28 at 1 pm due to the website saying this store closes at 3. around 2 i called to see if my anniversary gift would arrive yesterday and i had to call 4 times cause the store was closed but the website said 3 pm .... i put in 5 request 3 yesterday and 2 today to cancel and refund my order which was over $100 and haven't heard anything. My experience was wonderful! Logan was very helpful answering all my questions (and I had alot!). She was kind and very patient and in the end, came up with a beautiful arrangement for me. My order of chocolate covered strawberries, for my wife, never arrived on Valentine's Day. I call around 4:30pm because we hadn't received them. They called and left a message, at 8:30pm, stating the order wasn't delivered and I could receive a refund or the delivery. I left a message stating I still wanted the delivery and some compensation for the inconvenience. I placed my order over the phone with Debora. That experience was one of the best over the phone ordering experiences that I have ever experienced! Pickup at the store with Brenae was also a great experience! And lastly, the 30% discount I was given when I picked up my order was excellent!
