My order of chocolate covered strawberries, for my wife, never arrived on Valentine's Day. I call around 4:30pm because we hadn't received them. They called and left a message, at 8:30pm, stating the order wasn't delivered and I could receive a refund or the delivery. I left a message stating I still wanted the delivery and some compensation for the inconvenience. I placed my order over the phone with Debora. That experience was one of the best over the phone ordering experiences that I have ever experienced! Pickup at the store with Brenae was also a great experience! And lastly, the 30% discount I was given when I picked up my order was excellent!
I am really disappointed by the services I received. The person who answered the phone was very rude and not sympathetic to my concerns. If only they would have been more nicer possibly just a sorry we can’t help with that ! or you did not opt for that service ! would have been sufficient. I am not sure if the lady who answer the phone name was Burnay or Barney but they may need some assistance in the active listening and customer Service. Not a happy customer.
