I live in NYC ordered a balloon bouquet and the store said Rainbow bouquet I wouldn't order rainbow for valentine day . The colors are red ,pink ,white . I already know I will never buy anything else again from these people again
I ordered a Sweet Love Platter for my FIL for his wife. Not only did the card not get included, they gave the wrong name. Then the platter, look at the pictures of what I ordered and what she received. It’s half the size. Gaps between the strawberries and grapes on the vine still, and not even a full vine. My husband tried calling this store but they didn’t help, I emailed with a complaint and left email and phone information, that was 3 days ago. Nothing. Horrible customer service. Will never order from here again.
