I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent order. The order was initially confirmed by a manager as deliverable, which gave me confidence that it would be shipped as planned. However, the very next day saying that the address is too far from them when this was confirmed over the phone yesterday. Extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered an arrangement for my wife for Mother’s Day. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo online—barely had any grapes, noticeably fewer strawberries, and no white bowl like the one advertised. It felt thrown together and not at all worth the price.
