I am so disappointed with this location. I ordered for delivery an arrangement on 12/13 to be delivered on 12/20. 12/20 came and went and nothing was delivered. I called and emailed the store and nothing. I finally just canceled my order because clearly they missed the order window and the store doesn't care at all.
Bad customer service, was waiting for almost 10 minutes and nobody seemed to be there.
Disappointed in this years last minute gift for my loved one. Payed for it.Never received it. I blame management at this locating. Never called me back, never got status up dates. Luckily I payed for it with PayPal credit. Stay away.
If you need a reliable and great service and arrangements. Call Kenny and place your order he is AMAZING!!!!! I needed this delivered and he made it happen . Everything was fresh and awesome
