I had an amazing experience with Edible Arrangements in Stockton! Erica was incredibly helpful, and I also spoke with another woman on the team who went above and beyond to help me with some website issues. She made sure my order went through smoothly and that everything was delivered on time. I’m very pleased with the service and the quality of the bouquet I had delivered. Highly recommend this location!
This place is awesome. I don't know how but the fruit is always sweet year round and it is better than a flower bouquet because you can eat it and it's beautiful. I was sent the arrangement but missed the delivery two times. They offered me the opportunity to come pick it up on my schedule and I'm glad I did. Great customer service.
I would give zero stars. I made an order days in advance. Called since there was no update ALL DAY for the day of delivery. No change in status. Nothing. It’s ridiculous that there isn’t even a timeframe for when to expect or an email/call stating they won’t be able to deliver my basket. When I called they said there’s no guarantee for delivery for the day you set it up for. They should advertise or let customers know that you aren’t guaranteed delivery for your set date on the website. That is complete BS. Never again.
Delivered a great arrangement for Mother's Day in a timely manner. The delivery drivers were friendly as well. Made my Mom's day
No Stars poor management at the Stockton Hunter location. Driver delivered my order to a random address not even on the right side of town, left it on the porch, the poor lady that received it got home from work at 9:30PM to find a card that read Love Mom, it made her so sad, because her she has been going through it, because her mom has dementia.
