Unprofessional customer service. This was supposed to be a surprise delivery for me from my husband and a lady called me twice to confirm the order. I told her it sounded like my husband was trying to surprise me for our anniversary and she rudely said she had to confirm per their policy and hung up on me. Why would she contact the receiver and not the one who made the purchase? It was paid for and address was provided, where was the confusion or the need to call twice?

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this business. Lack of communication and lack of effort to get the delivery to the right place on the right day was severely lacking. Additionally, a lack of accountability was disappointing.
The absolute last time that I will be purchasing anything from here. I bought a box of chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day and I received and box of leaking strawberries. One of the strawberries had mold on it and the other strawberries were clearly going bad. I paid $40 for this mess. What a waste of money.
