Horrible! Management is no help and over talks you ! I ordered weeks in advance for my Mother’s birthday and the day of the order was never delivered. I called customer service and the manager was rude. I wanted some type of refund since my order was delivered 2 days later. According to these reviews it looks like that’s a common problem. I ordered 120$ product for my wife's birthday, not only did I give a nice tip and paid for next day service,it DID NOT MAKE IT THAT DAY,when I called for a refund,they told me there was nothing they can do because it was in route,clearly wasnt,then when I called to complain,one of the workers put in my customer notes that I was trying to get a refund so make sure to make the delivery,never got a call back,never got refunded, had to dispute the charge with my bank,I will let everyone I possibly can aware of this
Called over a week before Valentine's Day....Multiple times....NO ONE answers, you're left to leave a voicemail. Who runs a business like this? When I've been in there in the past, there are signs telling you to stay off of your cell phone. Never again....They're condescending and rude.
THE WORST experience of my life ! I ordered something online since yesterday for a loved one who is going thru a hard time and this disgusting company didn’t even deliver my order. I just drove to the store and it’s closed , out of business!!! So why the hell would an out of business store be taking online orders and stealing people money.
