They called at 3:47and left a message on Father’s Day then they called back at 4:06 didn’t leave a message. Tried to return the call at 406 and407 And 420 their message said they would not deliver it if nobody was home so I left a message because they did not answer their phone. I kept looking and looking every 15 minutes and then never delivered the product. My daughter called them Monday they were very rude to her and said they delivered the product however they said they were going to deliver at 4 o’clock Monday thank God... read more
Arrived at the store at 6:24pm. The clerk locked the door, smiled, said "sorry" and left. The store hours are till 7pm
Came here today with my son and was extremely disappointed. The girl couldn't figure out the system at first and then refused to provide service. When I asked to call the manager, she said that she is a manager (Matilda) (Mason Rd.)And told me to go different store. I have never met such rudeness. I will never go back there again and I advise everyone to run away from there. Poor management, poor service….
