I live in another state and ordered as a birthday gift. They delivered on time and the product was amazing. The fruit was both beautiful and delicious! Great experience!!!
As everyone else is saying my husband ordered me some stuff and they failed to deliver. They told us the next day it would be there 2 hrs after noon. Online order said it’s delivered. Never got it still. No one will answer the phone. Came to the store just to see they closed 2 hrs early. Don’t know what’s going on but this is terrible.
Been a few times to store and they are never open. Called and never answered.
Call to order something things to be delivered to my wife today at work for our 26th anniversary, instead nothing was delivered and no one will answer the phone. First time using them and will be my last time. Now I got to call the bank to stop payment, since they will not answer phone If you are relying on them to help you make your significant other feel special on their anniversary. These are not the people to rely on.
