No communication and they don't follow instructions on contact and delivery. I called twice to confirm. After all day of them not contacting my gf for delivery I called store at 1701 time. They did not pick up but the texted my gf at 1710 saying they were attempting to deliver arrangement. When I clearly asked them to call her at 0900 to set up a delivery time. I had a great experience at this location, the staff was friendly and they explained all the options. My order was yummy and will definitely come back! Great location!

Please don’t order from this location I ordered a arrangement for my father and it was poorly done and none of the balloons that I ordered was delivered with it not even the happy birthday balloon no courtesy call or anything they are very unprofessional
