DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION... Awful experience. I ordered valentine assortments to be delivered on feb 14. Not only was my assortments not delivered, they dont even answer the phone. I wouldnt depend on this location for valentines day. Definitely ruined the day and the surprise. Very upset that the person i got them for sat there all day wondering why they did not get anything.
Their drivers are absolutely atrocious! One guy just now tailgating people and almost ran into me and my little one cause he was trying to drive so fast. He gave me the finger then when he saw me videoing he tried to get me to pull over in the Lowe’s parking lot off Bryant Irvin and 20 to have some words. What Type of man does that to a woman. Get better control of your drivers!!!

Terrible service. They didn’t deliver all items in the order. And now they don’t respond to inquiries about my order. They never answer the phone or email back.
Scheduled my delivery almost 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t delivered today at all. Can’t get them to answer a single phone call. No tracker updates, no call backs, no one answering, no one reaching out to say it wouldn’t be delivered. Absolutely insane.
