Don't believe the 1-hr. delivery. It's been 5 1/2 hours and still no delivery. This was such a disappointment and embarrassment.

Worst experience I have ever dad. I ordered an arrangement today for Mother’s Day all the way from Houston and my mother got half the order. They didn’t even tell us they were out of flowers and I purchased 2 bundles online. When I called to tell them, the lady hung up on me 2 times. I’ve been calling and no answer. There was no manager on site and I can’t even get a refund. This place is a joke. The ones in Houston are great but this one is horrible. Don’t go here!!!
