Non existent at the location I went to here.
Very disappointing. I did an online order for a 6:30 pickup for my daughter in laws birthday and never received a confirmation email. I headed over to the store and found a bootleg sign on top of their office hours sign that says they close at 5. Now I can’t get ahold of the store and I’m not sure it’s really even open as it looks empty inside. I need a refund as I never received my order. The store has closed with no notice to the corporate office. So it still allows you to order from this location. I ordered and went to pick it up but it was closed up and nothing inside! Finally got ahold of corporate and they didn't care at all that I wasted my time going to the location and not having anything to take to my party I was going to. Terrible service!!!!
Do not order from this place! I submitted an order a day before and they never delivered it. I called over 20+ times and no answer the 1800 number will direct you back to the store and still no answer they where quick to take the money out of my account and I still don't have my order and now $81 short.... don't waste your money or time with them. Poor customer service!!!!
Went at 215 on a Sunday and doors were locked. Guess they closed early.
