I should’ve read the reviews! Ordered and paid an arrangement to pick up for Father’s Day, show up and the place is closed at 2pm when it said they closed at 4🤡 no one answered the phone, called back the next day just for them to say oh it’s been canceled already. I better get my refund, it’s not about the money but inconsideration. I was counting on giving my dad that gesture.
Pesima calidad en las frutas, en los arreglos que envian. Recibimos 2 regalos este 10 de mayo, y los 2 llegaron con pesima calidad de la fruta, y los peor que No es la primera vez. Habiamos dejado pasar las otras ocaciones,pero esta vez ya fue demasiado!! Agregare fotos para que puedan ver,muestran una presentacion y nada que ver con los que entregan. He avisado a lampersona que me envio los regalos para que deje de comprar Aqui.
They never answer and keep the tips when you order online so don’t give you full refund even when you get your order cancelled. Same as it has been for 5 years seemingly by the comments still being true 5 years later. Bad service. They need better management or more staff.
