UNBELIEVABLE!! No customer service skills whatsoever! The smart a** witch that answered the phone with a major attitude hung up on me 3 times until she finally said how can I help you sir in the most sarcastic way possible. I asked her if my delivery would be made before 5 pm when my wife gets off. She said it should. Then hung up again! I get an email EVERY DAY to order early for Valentine’s Day so I did on January 28th. Been a long time customer of Edible Arrangements. Although extremely overpriced I would usually purchase from them a 5-6 times per year. When I received my last order the size of fruit seems unusually small compared to the exact order I’d received in the past. When I called to question the size I was assured it was the standard size. I contacted their corporate office and was told that I should have been given larger cuts of pineapple and to contact the store owner (Bruce) and see if I cold work something out.
