Cancelled my order with no reason as to why. Bought from them in the past. Will not buy again. This was for anniversary.
I believe this is my first time leaving a one star review...and I'm not upset about it because this business deserves it (I'd leave zero if I could). First of all, I don't live in Miami anymore so to celebrate my mom's birthday, I thought it would be nice to send her a cake with a balloon and flowers. I know for a fact that Edible Arrangements is supposed to call the recipient before delivering, especially since they were going to be delivering cake. Worst services ever and no update on the fact that they didnt even have what i order and replace it with what ever they wanted without telling me now i have to deal with a situation that they cause by sending an I love you message when i havent even said it in person
I loved this place costumer service. I ordered a fruit tray as a thank you gift, and it looked really beautiful and very well put together. I personally delivered the gift. Thank you!
