I have ordered from Edible Arrangements before and have never had a problem until the last time I ordered. I wanted to get something special on Valentines Day for a special someone. I went about the procedure the correct way and I even placed the order way before the cutoff time for deliveries on Valentines Day. So Valentines day comes and the delivery never makes it to her job, so I call the Corporate office to Edible Arrangements because on 2/14, their phones didn't work(how convenient). The first ever experience I had here was great. I came first thing in the morning, and the employee (Robertson) was great. Took great care of me and made sure that my order was correct even with the special instructions. Definitely recommend

I had used them and picked up successfully. This time I ordered calling this store directly but they passed it on to another store who states computer error. It was never delivered for the shiva and I was totally embarrassed. I feel if they pass it off they should follow up to make sure order is done. They had left me with the feeling they were doing and delivering Address where was not that big a distance. Very disappointed. Ask them. Are you doing the order or another store
