Never again; the worst of the worst. Very disappointed.
HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Put an order in for Mother's Day and it never got delivered! NEVER! They never even answer the phone had to call the franchise itself to get a hold of someone!!! They should lose the franchise I think they just don't represent well the company... my Mother's Day gift was never delivered. You're customer service is awful... THANKS FOR NOTHING �
Ordered on Tues for Saturday delivery for Mother's Day gift. Still not delivered (It's Monday). Can't get through to store phone, always busy signal. Pit complaint into Edible customer service 3 times and no contact yet from store. DO NOT USE this store.
I'ts my second time there and they never have arrangements available to sell. I'm really disappointed with the company and this specific.
Placed an order over a week in advance and had the worst time making sure it was delivered. No one EVER answered the store phone or returned any calls or messages. Will never be using this location again!
I CANCEL MY ORDER COZ NeVER MADE IT NOW my refund is stock now for 48hrs mire wtf is that when they charge me within 1min be aware ...I want my money and i nees it now!!smh
Purchased 2 weeks in advance and your 10 min from delivery location..Wtf kind of customer service is that..and phone is busy for hrs..do not order from these clowns. Ill be stopping by this weekend.

Today I experienced the worst customer service at this Edible Arrangements location. First our order was completely wrong.. The manager was too busy to come talk to us and the girl working behind the counter was RUDE! She did not apologize or try to fix an order my husband surprised me with.. And after requesting to see the manager she told me I could leave! What a way to start Mother's Day!
