THIS STORE LOCATION IS AWFUL!!!!!! THEY ARE REPRESENTING THE COMPANIES NAME IN THE ABSOLUTE WORST WAY!!! If I could give this location NO stars I would… the customer service I received was RIDICULOUS the woman was rude and hung up on me… because I was calling to complain that my order that was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY was not… when I spoke to her angry of course because my elderly parents sat there waiting on their delivery. El peor servicio hice una orden online, para recoger a las 11 y pasaron las 12 y no estaba lista. Las empleadas nada de servicio tienen horrible.
This location never answers the phone... I stayed on the phone up until my arrival at the location. Once I walked in to the building their was none there to greet just a bell. I rung the bell twice and no one came out. Just as I was about to leave a girl comes out doesn't say hello doesn't acknowledge that I told her about none answering the phone. Makes no sense.... they need better customer service. I will not be receiving or ordering from this location again until I see a change.
My daughter want to surprise me with the arrangement of this place and they ruined the surprise because they did not make the delivery yesterday mothers day, i call to check what happened and they did not even apologize , I ended up canceling the orde, i dint not recommend this place�
Man... what an experience! Mothers Day basket ordered on Wed. Paid $100 bucks. Sunday comes, no news during the whole day. Store Phone off the hook. Called 1800... they told me don't worry, it will be there today. At 4PM drove all the way to the store to pick it up myself. Nope... Isnt ready.... Was told that drivers would be on the road up to 10:30PM and that it will be delivered... Came back home. Worst experience ever. $100 thrown to the garbage. Item never delivered. Drove to store to pick it up, nope, not ready, go back home and wait. Waited all day and while they told me it would happen today, never arrived... not even a phone call to tell me go to sleep, it wont happen. Corporate 1800 customer service is clueless.... lame. They could be my go to store when I need to send a corporate gift to my clients, instead I will make sure they never use this store.
Have been trying all morning to let these people know they left a delivery for me this morning that is not mine! No one answers the phone and you can't leave a voicemail. Someone's mom is going to be very disappointed!
I ordered the arrangement one day, it was to be delivered the next day and it was never delivered! My friends were home the whole day! It was attempted the next day but of course no one was home. No attempt was made to contact me or my friends for another delivery but I was charged the full amount. They totally dropped the ball.
