Ordered the “Life is sweet” fruit arrangement, paid $55 for what could’ve been $20 worth and received a white plain vase. Got an excuse that mugs were actually out of stock. Contacted the store owner and gave me a $3 refund. What a way to do business! 👏🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼won’t fall for it ever again!
Horrible Customer Service and liars to boot – I would give zero stars if that was an option. Placed an order via the internet to be picked up at 9:30 AM on Sunday. Arrived at 9:30 to pick up my order an no one was there. Called until 10 AM with no answer. Then they had the nerve to call me FOUR times the next day asking me if I still wanted my order, telling me their internet was down, they missed me when I came to the door and even if they had received my order there was no way they would have had it ready by 9:30.
