I know it is Christmas season. but no reason for this to happen. I had ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my best customer on 12/16, order was never delivered. Got a call 2 days after order was supposed to be delivered. Gave them a second chance and still did not make delivery.
I placed an order for the first time with this location. I was honestly a bit nervous because I have had pretty bad experiences with flower shops or other companies that deliver similar products. When I called, the customer service was amazing! I can't remember the girl who helped me, but she made me feel at ease about my order. She told me she would make sure she would keep me updated on the process of my order and that's exactly what she did.
