Where do we start. I ordered a product last Saturday to be delivered on Sunday. They have it scheduled for next Friday? I asked them to cancel and return my money as that doesn’t work and they refused. They don’t answer their phone, corporate customer service is non-responsive. Total cost of their overpriced service with fees is over $100 and they provide abysmal customer service. I do t know how they can sell something where you request a next day delivery and expect you to accept 6 days from now. I’ll never order from them... read more

My sister was visiting Fort Meyers during her birthday. We wanted to make her birthday special so ordered a cake, edible arrangement and a treat board. I ordered these via their online app. Once I ordered it, I wanted to make changes, so I called and worked with the staff to make changes and they were wonderful!! Very helpful and just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this location for your Edible Arrangement needs!!

I ordered a platter online Saturday night after they closed. Caitlin called Sunday morning to confirm. It was ready as promised. They did a great job, everything was fresh and delicious!
