This is by far the worst Edible Arrangements in the Tri-state Area. I used to walk by, wondering why it's never any customers in there. Well I know now why, it's the customer service and the attitude given by the staff. I will no longer support your business because of it. I wish I would have gotten the name of the the two nasty female employees. Please do better picking the customer service representatives you have representing your company.
On Valentines day I placed an order for my wife, who lives with in 6 blocks of the store. I placed the order at 930am and paid extra money for the delivery to be within a hour. Not only was the delivery NOT THERE WITHIN A HOUR, it was the last delivery of the day. They left the delivery at the front desk of her building and they NEVER called her to let her know she had a delivery waiting.
The lady that work there is very rude and will hang up on you....dnt believe the one hour deliverys

Rotten fruit on mother's day!? I ordered online (5/8) for pickup on mother's day (5/11), never received an email saying my order was ready. I called the store several times and no answer. So I just showed up on the day with wishful thinking. To my surprise there were 3 young ladies in the front, just sitting there. No other customers no line no nothing just the 3 of them sitting in the front no uniforms (idk if they're supposed to have but one would assume so) just in their hoodies on their phones.
